Franklin Fizz at Distilled, New York

Inspiration: Gin Fizz
“The fizz was designed to be consumed at breakfast as a hangover cure,” says Distilled bartender Benjamin Wood. “We use reposado tequila, which imparts some notes of caramel and vanilla, and Blue Point Toasted Lager as our effervescence. The combination of ingredients makes the cocktail richer in flavor and heavier on the palate.” 211 W. Broadway; 212-601-9514;
