...if you’re open to learning the Finnish art of being really, really happy, that is.

Finland is looking to treat a few curious travelers to the chance of a lifetime, by giving them a trip to the country to experience the very reasons why Finland was just ranked the happiest country in the world… for the second year in a row.

The program, run by Finland's tourism board, is called Rent-a-Finn and it will bring a handful of visitors through some very Scandinavian activities: berry-picking, relaxing in a sauna, forest yoga, and hikes through some of the most beautiful parks in the country. The chosen jetsetters will be joined by a guide—a happiness guide, as they’re being referred to—and will stay in a local host’s home. The best part of the trip? It's totally free.

You can read all about the guide’s on the Rent-a-Finn website. To enter, all you have to do is submit a video explaining your connection to nature and why you want to visit the happiest place on Earth. Applicants are also allowed to submit as a group, so it's a great chance to get the whole family together.

You’ve got until April 14 to turn in your video and written application. Even if you aren’t one of the lucky travelers chosen for this trip, just take a few minutes to imagine soaking in a hot tub or detoxing in a sauna. That should take your blood pressure down a few points.
