Eat: The Brass Tag

Opened in 2014 in the Lodges at Deer Valley, this cozy space offers casual but elegant comfort food just above the bustle of downtown Park City. Hearty, warming fare from their après menu, like a house-cured duck prosciutto flatbread and soft pretzels with fig-mustard dipping sauce, arrive straight from the brick-oven along with dinner entrees showcasing regional spoils, including juicy Duroc bone-in pork chops and Smoked Utah trout with toasted hazelnut tarragon butter. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, we suggest warming up with a Woodside cocktail—Gosling’s black rum with whipped brown-sugar butter, a sprinkle of fresh-grated nutmeg, and hot water—or go straight for the chocolate chip cookie skillet. 2900 Deer Valley Dr. East; 435-615-2410; deervalley.com.
