The Three Kings Restaurant Group is handling all the food and beverage for the newly opened Arlo hotel in the NoMad neighborhood of New York, and November brings the opening of chef Dale Talde’s Massoni, a tribute to his own take on “inauthentic Italian” cooking. Naturally, Talde will be putting his multicultural spin on things, with dishes like arancini made with biryani rice instead of aborrio and served with cilantro and chili yogurt rather than red sauce.
