Many American Express card holders are aware that the Amex Mobile App is a great tool for managing and making changes to accounts, accessing offers and benefits, and making purchases with ease. But this month, the app will roll out a new feature that allows Platinum Card and Centurion Members to search and book reservations at more than 10,000 restaurants worldwide.

Beginning in November, American Express will make the booking feature available to a portion of Platinum Card Members, and will continue to enhance and then expand the accessibility of the feature over the coming months, making it available to a broader Platinum Card and Centurion Member base by early 2020.

Using the booking feature, U.S. Members can access thousands of restaurants within the American Express Global Dining Collection, as well as the Resy platform and select partners from BookATable and SevenRooms. With dining as the number one request through the Platinum Concierge, American Express feels confident that this new feature will make a very positive impact on Members' booking and dining experiences.

With the ongoing expansion of the brand's Global Dining Collection, American Express will continue to make a commitment toward moving into the digital space.
