Design-fiends, foodies, and history buffs have flocked to The Jaffa, a Luxury Collection Hotel—an American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts property—in their numbers since it opened in 2018. And now one of Tel Aviv's most stylish and exciting hotels has a new 16,145-square-foot residential apartment with one of the city's best rooftops up for grabs—for a cool $65 million.

For those unfamiliar, the 120-room high-end, design-forward hotel from New York property tycoon Aby Rosen was a decade-long restoration project of the neighborhood's iconic 19th-century French hospital and monastery. Just as the landmark hotel seamlessly juxtaposes history and modernity, The Jaffa Penthouse does the same.
Pitsou Kedem Architects and Baranowitz & Goldberg Architects combined the antiquity found in historical Jaffa with minimalistic modern shapes found in the Bauhaus architecture of Tel Aviv's "White City".
"For the penthouse's interior design, we blend together the ancient and the contemporary influences in an abstract way, emulating the contrasts between the two in a harmonic and unified design," architect Pitsou Kedem explained in the press release.

Inside, The Jaffa Penthouse is flooded with natural light and has plenty of room for the whole family. The property features a large master bedroom, five guest rooms, master and guest living rooms, chef's kitchen, dining area, study, solarium, gym, and the spectacular rooftop garden. Not to mention jaw-dropping, floor-to-ceiling views of the Mediterranean Sea, Old Jaffa, and Tel Aviv city throughout the property.

And the lavishness doesn't end there. Though the penthouse is residential that doesn't mean the lucky owner of the property doesn't get the five-star treatment too.
