There are tons of luxury condos throughout New York City, but one soars above them all...literally. Downtown Manhattan's tallest condo tower—30 Park Place Four Season Private Residences—boasts to the highest-terraced penthouse in all of the city, and it just hit the market for $25 million.

Penthouse 82 crowns the top of the tower and was beautifully designed by famed architect, Robert A.M. Stern, and furnished by IMG. Perched above downtown's first Four Seasons Hotel, an American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts property, on the 82nd floor, the sprawling 4,538-square-foot pad takes up the entire level and features four corner 19-foot-wide outdoor terraces. From nearly 900 feet in the sky, you get 360-degree views of Lower Manhattan, both rivers, the New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty.

If the outside views weren't enough, the interior has floor-to-ceiling windows offering similar vistas even from the windowed kitchen. The home also has a formal reception hall to welcome guests, a library with a St. Tropez limestone fireplace, a formal dining room with adjacent family room, butler's pantry, and a 27-foot-wide master suite with dual marble master bathrooms.

The listing also states other notable details within this residence, including "a butler's pantry, fully-equipped laundry room, separate service hall with dedicated service entrance, ceiling heights that soar up to 12' and above, and advanced pre-wiring for in-home technology with dedicated media closet."

Aside from the lavish details in the apartment, the building features nearly 40,000 square feet of amenities like a spa, as well as all the services provided by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to guests. And did we mention you get to call Larry Silverstein, Yolanda Hadid, Priyanka Chopra, and Matthew Perry neighbors? Yes, all of those stars live in the impressive condo building located in Tribeca at the corner of Church Street and Park Place.
