Hutchinson Island, Florida, is one of those beachy destinations that feels like the Caribbean even though you’re in the U.S. So, getting the chance to own a home along the stunning stretch is already a treat. But a house with forever views of the crystal blue Atlantic Ocean and decor details from some of the biggest names in fashion? Well, that’s a real estate rarity. Although it’s now possible as a five-bedroom waterfront home with that unique checklist just hit the market for $3.65 million.
The beautiful beach enclave is full of modern designer details spread out over 4,800 square feet of living space. The interiors offer an indoor/outdoor living room with floor-to-ceiling windows boasting views of the beach, a striking kitchen, a fitness center, and more. Outdoors, enjoy views of the azure Atlantic forever from almost every room along with an elevated pool, outdoor grill, and a walkway that’s a short distance to the beach. But, it’s the smaller details that make the space stand out.
In the dim movie theater (and scattered throughout the house), there are black and white photographs of famous Hollywood stars offering a classic touch. The bedroom with bunk beds has a chair and desk made from what looks like airplane parts. Plus, several of the rooms feature Hermès pillows and blankets to cozy up with. The coolest decor item of all? A black Chanel surfboard stands along the wall in one of the bedrooms.
The incredible piece (which retails for around $7,000) is the stuff of legends. Beyonce once posed with one, and it features the classic interlocking Cs. The rare item would be a nice bonus for any potential home buyer.
Much of the space is a crisp shade of white, making for a peaceful environment and allowing these stand-out items to pop.
