The building was designed by renowned New York architect Andre Kikoski.

Although New York City is experiencing a construction boom right now with residential buildings being completed by top architects, there is one that stands out among the rest. 75 Kenmare was not only designed by Andre Kikoski of Andre Kikoski Architect, but it’s also a build featuring a lot of firsts. That’s especially true for Penthouse B, listed for $7.69 million.

To start, the new condominium is the first to feature full interior design by Kravitz Design, Lenny Kravitz’s firm. And the staging in Penthouse B marks the first time Nathan Myhrvold displayed his photography in NYC. Of course, these are just a couple of the many stunning details of the luxe building.

Natural stones, textured metal, and oak were used to create an industrial yet natural vibe that flows into the duplex penthouse. In the three-bedroom, 2,100-square-foot space is matte-white kitchen cabinetry, a fireplace with a titanium travertine hearth in the living room, titanium travertine and French vanilla marble floors in the bathroom, and oversized custom-designed casement windows to let in natural light. The staging further enhances this juxtaposition with six of Myhrvold’s technologically captured photos of his travels hanging on the walls and French furniture brand Ligne Roset filling the space with contemporary pieces.

“When envisioning how to bring the penthouses to life, we wanted to partner with brands that would enhance the vision put forth by Kravitz Design. Ligne Roset’s furnishings enrich the luxury of Penthouse B while bringing a European flair to the project,” Dan Hollander, managing partner at DHA Capital, told Departures in a statement. “The same can be said about Nathan Myhrvold’s photography. The images are striking and well-aligned with the ambiance of 75 Kenmare and the creative spirit of Nolita.”

The penthouse also features two outdoor spaces, including a 657-square-foot private terrace with a barbeque grill and a 493-square-foot private roof deck. That’s in addition to the communal landscaped courtyard and a rooftop terrace designed by Future Green Studio.
