If you’re on the lookout for a four-bedroom, six-bathroom home a quick drive from downtown LA and your budget is under $6 million, then Calvin Harris has a deal for you. The EDM musician has just put his home on the market, both for rent or for sale.

According to Homes.com, the property is located off of a long, private drive and enshrouded in trees for extra privacy. There are even hiking opportunities around the property, in case the views inspire you to get out into the actual 'great outdoors'.

Back to the house: The property features 18-foot ceilings and entire walls of glass windows that really make the most of the view. There’s a pool with an outdoor shower, of course, as well as a wraparound deck and lounge. The rooms are the caliber you’d expect with a seven-figure asking price: chandeliers, luxurious lounge seating all throughout the home, atmospheric pool lighting, and world-class appliances. Plus, the master suite spans two stories.

There’s also a two-story guest house attached to the home and it comes with a personal recording studio and a private deck. Buyers will be facing a price tag of $5.75 million, but renters can get the home for $25,000 a month. For more information on the listing and how to make it yours, head to Homes.com.
