Valentine's Day is the one time of year where you're expected to go over-the-top to show your love. But one hotel to that sentiment to a whole new level. Weekapaug Inn in Weekapaug, Rhode Island created a romance-themed package this year that costs a whopping $113,340.
So, what do you get for six figures? The one-of-a-kind package at the waterfront property includes two nights in a suite, Hunter Boots and outerwear wardrobe for two, and a private dinner. That's obviously not all, though. A 2020 fully loaded Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription, Volvo's all-wheel-drive, plug-in hybrid luxury SUV also comes with it.
But would you believe it if we said a luxury car isn't the highlight? To really make sure your significant other is head over heels, the Relais & Chateaux hotel also threw in a mini Goldendoodle puppy (extensive background check required). And to make your new furry family member feel just as pampered, the package comes complete with a puppy sweater, collar, leash, bed, crate, bowls, food, treats, and a doggie harness for the new car. The Inn's on-site Naturalist will make the weekend even more memorable by planning a nature adventure for you and the puppy, and the pup is allowed to attend dinner as well.
And since it will probably be the greatest trip of your life, the Inn threw in a one-year reunion return, including a weekend stay, breakfast, and dinner.
Incredibly, this is just one of the many over-the-top romantic packages from the Ocean House Management collection. Inn at Hastings Park in Massachusetts has a $70,400 package that includes a full wedding ceremony. Ocean House in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, is offering a $104,200 option for couples that includes a private consultation with Tiffany & Co, a two-carat diamond ring, and a $5,000 online shopping spree at LillyPulitzer.com. The Ocean House also has a $91,900 options where you get a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 350e Plug-In Hybrid in what other color but red.
Included in all of these is a guaranteed, "I love you."
