Turks & Caicos’s New Luxury Villa Company

Beach Enclave, a new villa company that combines ownership with rentals, debuts the first of three developments in the Turks & Caicos this November. Set on the North Shore’s Providenciales beach, the first nine villas range in size from 6,500 to 7,500 square feet, with four to five bedrooms. Each has a secluded private beach area with a wooden deck outfit with a barbecue, fire pit, infinity pool, and outdoor shower. Amenities rival those of a five-star resort and include a fitness center overlooking the ocean, private chef, butler services, and a concierge who can manage requests such as grocery stocking, scuba excursions, and restaurant reservations. Beach amenities like loungers, umbrellas, kayaks, and snorkel equipment are also available to guests. More villas will debut next year in Long Bay and Grace Bay. From $2,500; beachenclave.com.
