Here are 11 to try in 2020.

Five-suite boutique Casa Delphine is hosting its first-ever wellness retreats in 2020 in the heart of magical San Miguel de Allende. The first is a five-night meditation retreat from January 23 to 28, that focuses on meditation and looking inward to recalibrate your mind. The goal is to help individuals slow down and take in joy more fully and learn to live in the present. Brazil native Públio will lead the retreat with yoga, meals, excursions to the local hot springs and botanical garden, a yoga class and five hours of teachings with Publio included.

Create a Long-Term Wellness Plan at The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami

In January 2020, The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami, will be launching a new Wellness Journey package in partnership with famed life coach, Sara Quiriconi of Live Free Warrior. The journey will be completely customizable and dependent on the guest's needs to reach his or her wellness goals, ranging from three-month, six-month, and year-long options. Sara will be work with you one on one to create a plan of lasting wellness habits. Manage Stress at Ananda in the Himalayas

The Himalayas are already pretty stress relieving, but Ananda created special Stress Management Programs. Over the course of five, seven, or 14 nights, you will incorporate various activities like balancing yoga asanas, pranayama, Ayurvedic therapies, grounding aromatherapy, Reiki, and other healing experiences that are meant to balance mind, body, and soul. Located on the shores of Switzerland's Lac Léman (Lake Geneva), La Réserve Genève—another American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts property—is home to the city's largest spa, where they offer multi-day Nescens retreats. The Nescens brand was developed by Professor Jacques Proust, a pioneer in the realm of the biology of cellular aging and anti-aging medicine, at Geneva's Center for the Prevention of Aging at the Clinique de Genolier. Each of the Nescens programs begins with a check-up with a team of medical professionals during which time the guest's physical fitness, medical history, and diet are evaluated.
