When you think of luxury, cowboys don’t typically come to mind. But one luxe hotel in Texas decided to change that notion by creating a rodeo-themed package that would impress even non-livestock lovers.
This March, JL Bar Ranch, Resort & Spa in Sonora, Texas, will allow guests to book the unique offering that starts with private air transfer to Houston, along with private car transport to the rodeo. It’s there where you’ll have four VIP tickets to the Houston Rodeo where there’s breeding competitions, livestock auctions, horse shows, shootouts, and bucking broncos. One concert—options range from Gwen Stefani and Willie Nelson to Dierks Bentley and Khalid—is also included along with a $200 food and beverage credit.
Following the wild night in Space City, guests will be whisked back to their private plane to the hotel where two luxe rooms, complete with a rodeo-themed in-room amenity, are waiting.

Guests will take in a performance by an A-list performer while checking out the best in livestock, horse shows, and the Rodeo’s top sips and snacks in VIP seats. After, they’ll get to enjoy the best night’s rest in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.”
"This package is the embodiment of ‘everything’s bigger in Texas,’ and we intend to keep it that way!” he added.
Of course, that also means a larger-than-life price tag too. The package costs $25,000 and includes up to four guests.
