This was thanks to philanthropist Bunny Mellon who hosted her esteemed guest at her private waterfront estate. The 132-acre slice of paradise that stretched out in front of her has remained unchanged for the past half century—until now.
Rosewood Residences at Rosewood Half Moon Bay Antigua is set to open on the most storied beachfront, and the hospitality brand just unveiled an inside look at the property. Guests will get unobstructed views of the bay, intimate design, contemporary Caribbean architecture, and its easily customizable spaces and multipurpose rooms.
In addition, the two, three, or five-bedroom hillside residences have private infinity pools, hammocks, and open-air shower gardens with live orchid walls that invite the outdoors inside. One four-bedroom design is set just 50 feet back from the sea.

Owners and guests will also have exclusive access to all the amenities and services available at the forthcoming ultra-luxury resort, Rosewood Half Moon Bay. Luxuries will include a full-service concierge, world-class dining and spa, an array of water sports and activities, along with an iconic cliffside cocktail lounge.
Prices for the residences start at $4 million and go up to $15 million for a five-bedroom villa. Half Moon Bay Antigua will break ground in 2020, with Rosewood Half Moon Bay slated for completion in 2022.
