Book Now: Private Sicily Villa Experience with Star Chef Skye Gyngell
Exclusive luxury villa company The Thinking Traveller has teamed up with acclaimed U.K. chef Skye Gyngell for two weeklong culinary experiences at Rocca delle Tre Contrade, one of Sicily’s top luxury properties. Guests will spend six days immersed in a full food and wine program with Gyngell, including cooking demo sessions and hands-on lessons in the villa's large demonstration kitchen, learning both traditional Sicilian recipes as well as some of Gyngell’s signature dishes. Jon Moslet, coowner of Rocca delle Tre Contrade and an expert in Sicilian wine, will be on-hand to offer pairing suggestions. Outside of the kitchen, guests will explore the region’s culinary history with tours of markets, wineries, and a meal or two in a traditional trattoria. There will be plenty of downtime to enjoy the villa’s 25-meter pool, gardens, and lemon groves. The itinerary is available the week of March 25 and the week of April 22.
