What's not to love about caramel popcorn? For kids with food allergies, plenty. But now there's Divvies, a bakery in South Salem, New York, that makes a line of candied popcorn without peanuts, eggs, or milk. Lori Sandler founded the company after seeing her son pass up one too many treats for fear he'd end up in the hospital. Sandler spent countless nights working into the wee hours tweaking ingredients to arrive at recipes for her popcorn—and, recently, cookies and cupcakes—that taste as if they're missing nothing at all. Five gallons of caramel corn, $60; 914-533-0333; divvies.com.
