The latest restaurant from Todd English (whose Boston venues, including his flagship, Olives, are sprouting NYC offshoots), Figs serves an array of fresh salads, panini, pizzettes, and even a few more ambitious—by airport standards—dishes like the Portobello polenta appetizer. Best feature: They'll wrap your food for takeout, so you can tuck into a nice meal while your seat-mate nibbles on honey-roasted peanuts. $40. Located in the Central Terminal.
