The St. Regis Hotel, New York
King Cole Bar & Salon
The King Cole Bar & Salon at the St. Regis, one of New York’s classic dining and drinking institutions, recently reopened after a dramatic renovation and is serving Thanksgiving dinner by chef John DeLucie. In both the bar and salon, a three-course menu ($85) kicks off with a warm, soothing scallop-and-fennel bisque en croute with winter greens, pomegranates and shaved Pecorino. The heart of the feast is a turkey dinner with organic Amish family farm turkey, focaccia stuffing, mashed maple yams, giblet gravy and cranberry sauce. Top it all off with spiced pumpkin tart, vanilla Chantilly or cinnamon ice cream. 2 E. 55th St.; 212-339-6857; kingcolebar.com.
