The biggest draw at this 29-room, 6,600-acre ranch, which just opened near Butte, is the fly-fishing. Hank Welles, the property’s outdoors guru, plans customized excursions to the area’s 150 rivers and streams filled with rainbow trout, northern pike, and perch. There’s horseback riding, hiking, and clay shooting, too, and chef Josh Drage will pack a lunch that includes homemade energy bars for the requisite refueling.
