Árvay Dry Hárslevelu 2011
A dry, single-variety Hárslevelu is something of a rarity and, in this case, a welcome one. This is an unpretentious wine with cinnamon spice and genuine apple fruitiness. The medium-length finish has a lovely ripeness, and it would be great with roasted pork and apples.
