“If you have access to a fitness center or gym, I
would suggest doing a 30-minute cardio workout, either on the bike or a
five-minute run-walk on the treadmill. Then do 20 push-ups, 20 step-ups and 20
step-backs in a circuit, repeating this as many times as you can. Following
that, do two or three sets of 50 bicep curls and 50 lat pull downs, with a 50
second plank in between. Make sure to cool down.”
