When Italian fashion house Gucci rolled out its first ever home décor collection last fall, the world went mad for its opulent offerings that included colorful furniture, scented candles adorned with porcelain insects, velvet pillows with quirky hand-knitted animal motifs, and serveware boasting bold floral patterns. Creative director Alessandro Michele has expanded the scope of the brand’s collection by adding a series of weighty urn-like vases with snakes for handles (produced by storied Italian porcelain company Richard Ginori) and two new chair designs.
Some items now feature the brand’s inventive text art and, of course, themes from Gucci’s runway shows make appearances throughout. The collection became available online this week and is currently arriving at storefronts, including New York’s Dover Street Market starting tomorrow, which is devoting its Gucci space on the 7th floor to the new collection alongside an exclusive selection of the brand's pre-fall garments and accessories.

We love the Panther graphic, which has been added to Gucci’s selection of hand-and-ring mugs (left) and scented candles (right). The term “Soave Amore” (Italian for “Delicate Love”) adorns the back and is prominent on the new vase version by Richard Ginori.
The name of this Sprovveduta Età print metal folding table is from a term meaning “naïve age,” which was used by1st-Century B.C. Latin poet Lucretius to explain Epicurean philosophy.
Another new chair design, this lacquered-wood seat with options including a Wolf jacquard print and an understated GG motif brings vibrant beauty into the home.
