“For many years, Four Seasons Beds have been a favorite among our guests, the pinnacle of the perfect sleep,” Christian Clerc, President, Worldwide Hotel Operations, said in a statement. “Now, with just a few clicks, and seamless home delivery, anyone can enjoy the celebrated Four Seasons sleep and bath experience in the comfort of their own home.”
You can now purchase the signature Four Seasons mattress sets in five sizes with a choice of foundation sizes, and can add on mattress toppers and bed frames. The selection of bedding includes 100% Supima cotton sateen-weave linens, duvets, and pillows. You also have the option to purchase the bedding as a bundle to ensure you get the full Four Seasons sleep experience.
As far as the bathroom accessories go, the 100% super combed cotton towels are available in bath, spa or pool sets. Plus, you can buy the famous robes in bath, spa and children’s styles. And the Four Seasons created coffee table book in collaboration with artist Ignasi Monreal and published by Assouline called Four Seasons: The Art of Hospitality as part of the launch.
Of course, customer service is just as high of a priority as guest comfort. So, the shopping platform has a chat option where product experts are available in real-time to ensure you get precisely what you want. This offering comes after the company launched the first fully customizable beds. Starting in 2014, the guests were able to choose mattress firmness, pillows, and bedside amenities, making turning a simple hotel overnight into a full-blown sleep experience.
