The Wing, a women's-only club and co-working space with locations in New York City and Washington D.C. (and two additional spaces in California opening later this month) has teamed up with American Express for its first ever Extreme Self Care Day on Saturday, October 20th. Members of The Wing—or, "Wing Women"—and Platinum Card Members attending the NYC event are in for quite a treat: founder Audrey Gelman, part of the American Express Platinum Collective, has collaborated with American Express to create an original event in which guests can “recharge, release, replenish, and reinvest in themselves.”

Platinum Cardmembers have the exclusive opportunity to kick the morning off by joining Krissy Jones, founder of SKY TING YOGA, at 9 am in a private class at the brand's Tribeca studio. Guests will then migrate at 10:30 am to The Wing’s SoHo location–only a few blocks from the yoga studio–to join the Wing Women and begin their full day of programming. The brands and industry experts featured were all curated with the intention of creating a comprehensive wellness experience that targets the mind, body, and soul. Sessions such as "Breathwork" with Wolf Medicine Magic founder Regina Rocke and “Free Your Mind: Anxiety Workshop” with Soho Parenting founder Lisa Speigel will explore various mental and emotional nourishment tactics, while guests can also enjoy the pampering of hair touch-ups with Dyson and a skincare workshop with Naturopathica.

Along with these workshops and sessions, only a sampling of what the rest of the day has to offer, guests can also look forward to a delicious lunch and a fun gift bag to take home with them. Proceeds from tickets, which are still available for purchase, will benefit the Lower East Side Girls Club.
