Big news comes from the Eleven Madison Park gang this month, who, on top of announcing they'll be doing away with tipping (like many other high-end restaurants), has revealed plans to open a New York City fast-casual concept called Made Nice in mid-2016. There, guests can nosh on seasonal vegetables, grains, and proteins for about $10 to $15—a massive markdown from the stickers on their fine-dining menus at their other establishments. Chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Giudara have also said that they will be building a West Coast outpost of The NoMad in Downtown Los Angeles on Olive and 11th Streets, anticipated to arrive in 2017. elevenmadisonpark.com.
