World-renowned sushi master, chef Masayoshi Takayama of NYC’s famed Masa in the Time Warner Center, is no stranger to hand-creating rarefied meals for the .01 percent. Back in May, during the early days of the COVID-19 shutdown, he released an $800 "do-it-yourself" home sushi kit that was limited to only 20 boxes per week. Now he brings his talents to Jackson Hole’s eight-suite, ski-in / ski-out Caldera House and Alpine Club, an American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts property. For three days only, February 5-8, 2021, you and 11 of your closest friends can feast on his world-famous Omakase in the comfort of your suite for a cool $35,000.

Masa will tailor a bespoke menu according to each guests’ preferences, with the option to add sake pairings and each course will be served on tableware from the Masa Designs collection, which the chef handcrafts using ceramic, clay, cast iron, porcelain, or glass.
