Italy has no shortage of stunning hotels but the Pellicano Hotels properties are something truly unique. The three luxury boutique hotels tucked away in some of the country’s most gorgeous (and less popular among tourists) seaside locations—namely the Argentario coast in Tuscany, the gulf of Naples, and the Thyrennian Sea, treating their guests to privacy, unprecedented luxury and, of course, the very best of what Italy has to offer. And now, the high-end hotel brand has made it easier to experience their exclusive world from a distance by launching a digital lifestyle platform that celebrates Italian craftsmanship and style.
Issimo, named after a suffix used in the Italian language to enhance the meaning of adjectives, is the brainchild of Marie-Louise Scio, the creative director and CEO of Pellicano Hotels, whose goal was to bring “the creators and artisans defining Italian culture” through a thoughtful selection of curated items.

The e-boutique is divided into five categories—belissimo (home décor), buonissimo (food and beverage), chicissimo (apparel and accessories), fichissimo (hotel souvenirs), and coltissimo (books and t-shirts)—that offer Italian-made items from brands such as Missoni, Familia Familia, Aquazzura, Borsalino, and Fedeli, among others. Issimo has also partnered with a variety of Italian and international companies on exclusive collaborations that will bring the Hotel Il Pellicano—one of the company’s famed hotels and an American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts property—experience to your home, among their other fine properties. For example, the Issimo and Villeroy & Bosch capsule collection includes porcelain dinnerware that sports a gorgeous floral print inspired by the bougainvillea that surrounds Hotel Il Pellicano’s restaurant and hotel in Tuscany. And Paris-based accessories studio, Les Belles Heures, has created six sophisticated scarf designs using instantly recognizable elements from each of the three Pellicano Hotel properties such as the striped yellow print that adorns the beach towels at their hotels.
The website also offers articles on travel, food, design, and style, plus recipes for Italian dishes served at the Pellicano Hotel properties, Delfina Delettrez Fendi’s favorite spots in Rome, and a playlist with Italian tunes from the 1950s and 1960s.
Issimo offers free worldwide shipping on orders over 200 euros.
