911 Turbo S

If you’re staring at a 1,000-mile journey and a firm ETA, the Turbo S is the 911 for the
job. The all-wheel-drive, 560- horsepower trophy car doesn’t blend speed and luxury—it whips them to a frappe, including a 2.7-second spin to 60 miles per hour that’s on par with a $2.4 million Bugatti Veyron. When you’re cocooned within the Alcantara-lined Turbo S, velocity becomes a near-theoretical concept, akin to Keir Dullea’s astronaut hurtling through dimensions in 2001: A Space Odyssey. Sure, the Turbo S costs roughly as much as a ’60s spaceship, but that’s the going rate to blow your mind. $183,695.
