Nano-Current Facials: Melanie Simon, Jackson Hole, Wyoming
Melanie Simon has her husband, professional snowboarder Kyle Clancy, to thank for her location in Jackson Hole. But her headquarters isn’t the only offbeat element. Billing herself as an “electrical aesthetician,” she specializes in nano-current facials, which involve passing low-frequency electricity into the skin. The charge initiates tissue repair, which continues for three days following the treatment. The end results include everything from smoothed skin to increased radiance to lightened dark circles. Simon travels to New York (her chemistry facial is available at the Cornelia Spa at The Surrey), Los Angeles (for clients) and to her flagship in Montecito, California, and uses a one-of-a-kind machine, supercharging sessions for the likes of Oprah Winfrey. Electrical treatment starts at $200; 805-708-8656; melaniesimon.com.
