Though Fashion Week has stylish New Yorkers focused on spring 2016, we’ve still got our eyes on new pieces for autumn—especially with the online launch of Tod’s Fall 2015 ready-to-wear men’s line last week. The 12-piece collection of cool-weather classics—think thick-knit sweaters, suede jackets, and corduroy trimmed with shearling, all in rich earth tones—is relaxed but still refined; every piece would work wonderfully with denim. That’s likely why the collection includes three pairs of jeans: traditional indigo, dark green, and in true Italian fashion, white. At the collection’s launch party last week, we noted several items we’ll be snapping up from the line’s exclusive online retailer, Mr Porter, including the blue cable-knit turtleneck pictured here. With Tod’s shoes, wristwear, and bags also available for purchase from the powerhouse e-tailer (though not in exclusive partnership, like the threads), it’s never been easier to dress like an elegant Italian.
