Dolce & Gabbana’s Las Vegas Pop-up

As part of Dolce & Gabbana’s worldwide series of sneaker pop-up shops, the Italian brand has launched a Las Vegas location. The space offers customization services (painted motifs, fabric patches, and colorful stitching) with artists on demand. Open now at Caesars’s Forum Shops, the temporary store will remain through February 18. dolcegabbana.com.

Breguet’s Manhattan Boutique

Joining the King Cole Bar and Astor Court, Swiss watchmaker Breguet has opened a boutique adjacent to Manhattan’s world-renowned St. Regis Hotel. The shop, featuring the brand’s iconic high complication watches and adorned mechanical timepieces, also offers an onsite watchmaker for consultations and service. breguet.com

Hermès’s Toronto Flagship

For the first time since 1992, Hermès has opened a store in Canada. The 6,000-square-feet, two-story Toronto flagship (100 Bloor Street West) features an oval, leather-handrailed staircase paved in white marble and encompassed in cherry wood. Inside, customers will find the family-owned brand’s iconic silks, leather goods, jewelry, fragrances, menswear and womenswear, as well as home furnishings. In an homage to its Canadian surroundings, the location also carries store-exclusive products such as hockey bags and sticks, tandem bicycles, and more. hermes.com

Fendi’s London Flagship

Just steps away from Harrod’s in Knightsbridge, Fendi has opened a two-story London boutique. The first floor—with its pink plaster walls, plexi prism-covered ceiling, and central chandelier—carries women's accessories and bags. The Sloane Street boutique’s upper level is split between menswear and womenswear, and offers made-to-order bag and fur services. fendi.com

Moncler’s First Children’s Boutique

For the first time in the Italian brand’s history, Moncler has opened a standalone children’s store. The 1,400-square-foot space—with playful red, orange, and pink wallpaper between grey wood paneling engraved with the brand’s emblematic Monducks—offers a full-range of ready-to-wear, accessories, and shoes for little ones up to age 14. A full-service children’s destination, the shop also features a playground area and interactive entertainment. 7 Via della Spiga, Milan; moncler.com.

Dior’s ‘Capture Youth Skincare’ Collection

The bespoke skincare trend continues in 2018. Dior’s latest skincare collection, Capture Youth, offers five serums targeting any and all of your skin’s needs (anti-redness, mattifying, lifting, plumping, illuminating) to be layered or mixed with their 87% natural-ingredient cream. The customized collection is available January 1 for $95 per piece. dior.com

Stella McCartney’s Stella Peony Fragrance

English brand Stella McCartney has revamped its core Peony scent to create Stella Peony. True to the brand’s ethos, the fragrance substitutes commonly-used animal byproducts (such as Ambergris produced by the sperm whale) for environmentally-friendly scents (like its masculine Amber note). Among other elements, Stella Peony also combines topnotes of mandarin, freesia and lotus flower with a rich patchouli base for an all-around subtle and seductive result. $48 for 30ml, $70 for 50ml, and $89 for 100ml; sephora.com.

Burberry’s Fresh Glow Gel Stick

Burberry’s latest cosmetic push, the Fresh Glow Gel Stick, is all about revitalization and hydration. With a core ingredient of aloe vera, the water-infused foundation comes in 14 medium to high coverage shades, and can also be used to conceal or contour. The British brand’s face, model Iris Law (daughter of Jude Law), leads the campaign. $48 each; sephora.com.

‘The Glamour and Romance of Oscar de la Renta’ at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston

Presenting the late Oscar de la Renta’s work from the sixties through his death in 2014, the Museum of Fine Arts Houston is hosting ‘The Glamour and Romance of Oscar de la Renta’ exhibit through January 28. Among the near 70 de la Renta archival designs, the museum’s own collection, and pieces from Pierre Balmain’s archive, the exhibition also showcases spectacular client loans, including Amal Clooney’s lace wedding dress—the last bridal piece de la Renta ever designed. The collection of never-before-seen day- and evening-wear is divided by the designer’s inspiration: Spain, the Far and Middle East, gardens, and muses. 1001 Bissonnet St; mfah.org.
