Best Watches in New York

Nowhere is the right watch more essential than in the city that never sleeps.

First
came the Mad Men, then the fashion crowd. Now
it’s Jewelry Row. But Madison Avenue also hosts some of the top watchmakers in
the world. In the past few years, giants like Chopard and Graff have opened
boutiques there, and more are moving in: In October, Geneva-based DeLaneau will bring ladies’ watches to the
Upper East Side location, and early next year Swiss heavyweight Vacheron
Constantin will open its doors. Other brands, like Girard-Perregaux, have
created limited-edition styles for their New
York boutiques. Here, a look at some of the newest watches on Madison Avenue.
