Restaurant Hotel Montefiore

City Center
Vietnamese-French

On the ground floor of the stylish Hotel Montefiore sits its excellent and eponymous restaurant, a dapper, hushed brasserie whose Francophone menu has only benefitted from an injection of Vietnamese charm. Evening diners enjoy crispy goose perked up with hoisin and ginger or Tournedos Rossini, but this is also an excellent spot to enjoy afternoon tea (complete with scones and clotted cream) or one of the city’s most lavish breakfast spreads. Cocktails, shaken on site by an expertly trained bar staff, are always a refreshing addition.
