Brasserie wasn’t the first 24-hour dining destination in Tel Aviv, but it was the splashiest when it opened over a decade ago. Located across from City Hall, next to Rabin Square, this legendary Parisian-style spot is Tel Aviv’s version of New York’s Balthazar.
