Laura Tonatto
An expert scentmaker and consummate “nose,” Turin-born Laura Tonatto set up shop to bring her passion for perfume to the Eternal City. In a 19th-century carved-wood apothecary cabinet up front, she displays ready-to-go fragrances for home and body, reserving the rear for a white-walled gallery of perfumes paired with the great works of art, opera, and cinema that inspired her to create them. She also does bespoke bottlings, with her most notable client being Queen Elizabeth II.
