Septime La Cave
Located in a former shoe cobbler, this charming wine bar specializing in organic wines is owned by the same people behind Septime restaurant. It carries some of the most hard to find, cultish French wine producers, like Domaine L’Anglore. (The winemaker’s volcanic Tavel rosé, capable of aging, is beloved by the world’s best sommeliers.) The small bites on offer like charcuterie and house-made ricotta cheese with anchovies are also excellent.
