École Ritz Escoffier
The Ritz Escoffier cooking school, named for the hotel’s first executive chef, has returned with classes for professionals and avid home cooks alike—including Introduction to French Pastry Making or the more intense five-day long French Haute Cuisine cooking course. A special new class revisits original recipes created by August Escoffier dating back to 1898, including a Chicken Breast a L’Élysée.
