Faena Forum

Mid Beach
Art + Performance Center

One of the most significant architectural additions to the city, this groundbreaking new arts space designed by Rem Koolhaas’s firm OMA in the nascent Faena District brings a much-needed dose of culture to an area previously known for budget accommodation. Spearheaded by curator Ximena Caminos, the cultural czarina of all things Faena (including a sister venue in Buenos Aires), Faena Forum has no permanent collection to speak of. The lofty year-round programming focuses instead on transdisciplinary performances and collaborations.
