Providence
For over ten years, Providence has epitomized fine dining in Los Angeles, earning chef Michael Cimarusti a Michelin star for his delightfully modern take on seafood-centric cuisine. In 2015, Cimarusti gave the interiors a welcome refresh, and launched an ambitious tasting menu-only format that changes nightly based on carefully sourced, sustainable ingredients. Each evening takes diners on a unique culinary journey, beginning with perhaps a choice of oysters or farm-raised caviar, followed with dishes like Alaskan king crab risotto with sea urchin and yuzu, or wild John Dory from New Zealand paired with red kuri squash, smoked chanterelles, and sunchoke.
