Rivea
With its unparalleled view of both mountains and Strip from the 64th floor, Alain Ducasse's Mix was a welcome holdover from the days before the building was transformed into a Delano from The Hotel at Mandalay Bay. Happily, Ducasse has kept his space (and the monumental Champagne bubble-inspired central chandelier) in his new restaurant, Rivea, which takes the French Riviera as its culinary inspiration. Diners, particularly at the outdoor balcony tables, will feel the Riviera's sense of endless summer while sampling dishes like nicoise vegetables, warm lobster salad, and crispy socca—the chickpea street food from the South of France.
