Restaurant Guy Savoy
Chef Guy Savoy attracts serious gourmands; in fact, many travelers plan their trips around a meal here. Savoy serves both a traditional nine-course "Prestige" menu and his playful, 13-course "Innovation" menu with fanciful creations like spot prawns in a “sweet and sour fishnet” of mesh-cut daikon radishes. The classics—such as his famous truffle artichoke soup and guinea fowl—are still here. The old Bubbles lounge is now a Cognac room, whose offerings include 30 very rare Cognacs.
