Chef Scot Kirton helms this culinary powerhouse tucked into the slopes Constantia on the Silvermist Wine Estate. Preparing locally-sourced ingredients such as Karoo lamb, springbok, and kingclip with a French flair, the chef offers a 5 or 8-course tasting menu with beautiful flavor combinations. The restaurant has won numerous international awards, which is perhaps why Kirton recently opened La Petite Colombe at Le Quartier Francais in Franschoek.
