The newest addition to Constantia, Foxcroft is making waves with renowned Chefs Scot Kirton and Glen Foxcroft Williams of La Colombe at the helm. Color, flavor, and technique come into marvelous play with dishes like cured Franschhoek trout with fermented radish, avocado and horseradish or lamb roulade with creamed kale, nettle purée, and whisky mustard. The Korean fried chicken is spectacular, as are all of the deserts, thanks to Williams’ pastry expertise. The muscovado-infused, thick gypsy tart is perhaps the most outstanding, perfectly balanced by a passion fruit sorbet accompaniment.
