The Michelin one-star restaurant in the Hotel Omm has become a must-book reservation for any food lover visiting Barcelona—it’s overseen by the Roca brothers of El Cellar de Can Roca in Girona. Dishes range from refined takes on Catalan classics, like ravioli stuffed with oxtail and bright red Palamós prawns, to the more avant-garde suckling lamb with roasted milk and coffee, to an olive tree-inspired dessert with olive-praline ice cream, vanilla sponge cake, and candied olives. Separated from the rest of the Hotel Omm by an open bookcase, the restaurant still feels like it’s part of the buzz, but a serene birch tree garden in the back helps keep the focus on the food.
