Restaurant Sant Pau
Chef Carme Ruscalleda’s original restaurant in the seaside community of Sant Pol de Mar is a worthy detour. Thirty minutes from Barcelona in a renovated 19th-century townhouse, the restaurant has sea views and a playful menu. A recent tasting menu was inspired by music, with Country imagined as Iberian pork belly, sausage, vegetables, ketchup, and mustard. Guests are encouraged to take coffee or an apéritif in the private garden.
