Enoteca
Catalan chef Paco Pérez has five Michelin stars to his name, two of which belong to Enoteca at the Hotel Arts. The spot has the easy, breezy feel of a beachside restaurant, with hardwood floors, bright white walls, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Meals begin simply with coca bread (a local flatbread) rubbed with juicy tomatoes and topped with thinly sliced Iberian ham. From there, move on to dishes like broad beans with prawns from Cap de Creus and savory squab with meatballs, potato jelly, salsify, and coffee. For dessert, the torrija with berries, honey, and meringue is a decadent and elegant take on a local dish that is reminiscent of French toast.
