This gastropub with 40 taps serves mostly Barcelona-brewed beers, as well as selections from other parts of Spain and Italy. (Try an experimental I.C.A Yakima X West Cost IPA or a Belgian blonde from Girona-based The Hopsters.) The monotone grey interior with an exposed stone wall, gleaming silver-and-black taps, and a tiled floor is more refined than your typical brewpub. And so is the food: try the salmon tartar marinated with hops and citrus or the leg of lamb in “Encantada” beer, an ancient European beer brewed in house. If you want a table, book ahead—the bar is quite popular.
