Given the complimentary yoga mats and daily fitness classes at COMO Hotels and Resorts, even the yoga-averse would be hard-pressed to resist the odd sun salutation. Take that intention to another level this fall with three fitness retreats: two in the Turks and Caicos and one in Bali, Indonesia. From November 6-12, Parrot Cay will host its inaugural Pilates retreat. Alycea Ungaro, who is best known as the first instructor to teach Pilates as a mat class, will lead 15 hours of instruction geared to all experience levels. Stay on from November 13-19 for yogi Elena Brower's six-night Anusara retreat, which will focus on "The Art of Attention." Through 22.5 hours of asana and meditation, Brower aims to leave guests in a "state of alertness." Meanwhile, from October 30-November 5, the COMO Shambhala Estate in Bali will host "Strength and Surrender: A Journey into Balance." Through their Vinyasa- and Ashtanga-influenced styles, sisters Andrea and Christina Curry aim to bring guests self-acceptance. They'll also recommend spa treatments. Namaste, indeed!
