If ever there were an erudite wacko, Bruce McCall is it. The veteran satirist's brightly colored gouache illustrations are as sharp as his surreal wit. His fourth and largest book, a greatest hits compendium titled All Meat Looks Like South America (Crown, $28), comes out next month, and includes, among its many wonders, a loving tribute to an imaginary pre-Castro Havana.
